How Does it work when I come to the Pantry ?

what foods are available to receive ?

         

We try our best to give a variety of food items to complete meal nutrition.

Most of the items we give are local farm fresh fruits & vegetables, meats, non perishable canned goods, juices, and pastries & bread items .

Who do we serve ?

We welcome any Bertie resident one no matter the household size or circumstance.
Please be sure you meet the two requirements below before 

attending our food distribution days .

— Resident County

We currently only serve Bertie County residents .

Please bring a utility bill as proof of address .

— Age

The Individuals shopping for household must be 18 years or older 

OR accompanied by a adult / guardIan

We do not offer delivery or drop off services.
But we will address each emergency request as needed.  


We absolutly will step in on emergency circumstances to ensure you and your families food security . Please give use a call so we can get together what you need.


Yes , currently we only serve those who are residents of Bertie County. If you live in a different county we highly recommend you find a resource that serves your county by visiting the Food Bank of the Albemarle website .
